Addressing the threat of radicalisation and security implications in the EU neighbourhood: the case of the Western Balkans

Our Chief Executive Samet Shabani held a presentation at the workshop “Addressing the threat of radicalization and security implications in the EU neighbourhood: the case of the Western Balkans”. The workshop was held on April 18, 2018 by European Foundation for Democracy, with the support of the US Mission to the European Union.

The workshop was focused on current situation in Western Balkans in regard to radicalization. The participants also discussed about the role of grassroots CSOs and youth initiatives in prevention of radicalization, and the role of local authorities and initiatives – Good practices from Belgium and the EU.
