Project Management Training
Horizon Civitas organized the Project Management Training for young CSO representatives (current or potential) in North Macdonia. The training was delivered by Jan Cingel, founder of Strategic Analysis based in Slovakia. This training was followed by 59 participants.
The participants from North Macedonia had an opportunity to learn basics about the project management cycle, from drafting project ideas that react to a particular problem; through grant searching and fundraising that helps to materialize the project idea to drafting and application of a project proposal. They also received tips about the project implementation and management; visibility; evaluation including advocacy, and the project reporting.
This activity is implemented in scope of the CitizON project.
